5 stars for Eli and Empire Window Treatment Center! Our Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds were a disaster-a filthy mess( believe it or not we had them installed in 1997). During our apartment renovation our decorator insisted that we would have to throw them away and spend thousands of dollars on new blinds. I called Empire Window Treatment Center and Eli came over, looked at them and assurred us he could clean them and get them to look brand new. My wife and I, as well as our decorator were all a little skeptical, but sure enough, when Eli brought them back they were spotless and indeed looked brand new! As an added bonus, Eli is a really nice guy. Thanks Eli!! ~ Andrew K

Yesterday we had motorized blackout shades put in our bedroom on the south and west facing floor to ceiling windows. Eli and his company did a fantastic job. I had a total of three quotes and the differences were not significant. Am I glad I chose Empire. Before installation Eli was here twice to measure and then to confirm measurements. Disposal of the old shades was going to be an issue, but he gave us an easy resolution. On the installation day, they worked clean, fast and effective. I cannot imagine a better job or having a better team. The shades are beautiful. They work silently and perfectly. They are the only company to use. I will use them again. ~ Donald R

I had an awesome experience with this company. Eli was amazing throughout the process. He arrived on time for our first meeting and provided excellent suggestions for motorized blinds. After my wife approved our color choice it only took about 30 days for the blinds to be ready for installation. The blinds were installed this afternoon and they look great. I can't say enough good about Eli. He is honest, hard working and the kind of person you want to do business with. I highly recommend Eli and his company. Oh, and his price was reasonable. Initially, I just needed a repair done on my blinds, but then I decided to hire them for an additional blind installation. Eli and his colleague were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The service and overall performance were absolutely stellar. Eli even went out of his way to come back another time to help me reprogram the remote control for the blinds at no extra charge. The installation was well within the time frame (2 weeks for custom blinds and shades without a rush charge!), and was done with the utmost precision and caution. Empire window did an incredible job with all our window treatment! Eli from the team was incredibly helpful and patient as we had to go back and forth several times. He was creative in find solutions for an unconventional set of windows and limitations and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The prices are also unbeatable and I’m glad to say the the quality is superb. I just moved into a new Apartment that didn’t have any shades on any of the windows, and I was shocked. My agent and I had to think fast. Empire Window Treatment Center sent a kind polite informative employe to my Apt. to see about replacing my Blinds but i only wanted them if they were exactly the same, unfortunately you had none, the company stopped making them. This man tried so hard to help me, that if ever I do decide to get new ones, I will call Empire, they do have a beautiful brochure good prices & very accommodating employes. I purchased a wooden shade for my bedroom 2 1/2 weeks ago and am very pleased with it. The solid wood looks lovely next to my bookcases and contrasts well with my blue walls. The remote device for lifting and lowering the shade is convenient. Ely, my salesman and installer did a great job. He came to my apartment with large selection to show me. The delivery installation were on time and perfect. I have only nice things to say about this experience. ~ Joan Y

Fantastic find. The service and shades itself are high in quality. The sales representative keeps his word, comes on time, delivers exactly what we needed, installs shades in no time. Eli and his team were able to get me from estimate to installation of my new window shades within just one week, while everyone else said it would take 2-4 weeks. These guys are absolutely terrific. Not only did Eli show up on time to make a sale, he was actually early to do the installation. C’mon who ever heard of contractors being on time on both ends? Great customer service and I got my blinds earlier than I expected …. and they are exactly what I wanted. You will make a huge mistake and waste your time using anyone else for you window coverings. These guys go above and beyond . . . They went out and bought me the specialized brackets for my shades after my contractor mistakenly threw them away. The zebra shades are my favorite , giving the perfect amount of light in the day time with privacy. They have a big selection for modern styles.
